Carlos Quintela

Carlos Quintela is the current Chemonics International director for the Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Master in Biology, he has worked with institutions such as WCS, FONAMA, the Avina Foundation and the World Bank. 

 

 

Steven PhillipsSteven Phillips is the Principal Examiner at the Federal Housing Finance Agency. PhD in Economics and CFA Charterholder he has previously worked with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight.

Camila MonteiroCamila Monteiro is the RedLAC Executive Secretary and Coordinator of the Communications and Networks team in Funbio.
