This month, we have the chance to get to know the point of view of this institution, which celebrates 20 years in 2009, through the opinion of Fabricio Barreto, its director. As FNMA's chair since last year, he started implementing a new management model that seeks to avoid spreading resources too thin and to support regional alliances.
