Environmental Networks Project in Venezuela

The Environmental Network Project: "Strengthening and articulation of the environmental sector in three regions of Venezuela" has been implemented since February 2010, seeking to promote greater awareness on the work of environmental NGOs in this country, which is why during its four years of duration an annual forum is held to present the contributions of each organization.

This year, two years after undertaking the project, the report "Contributions of environmental NGOs to sustainable development in Venezuela" was published in order to systematize the achievements and challenges shared by NGOs in the first two forums. The report shows 16 projects developed by 14 environmental NGOs and a network.

Agua Clara Foundation, BioParques and Vitalis, Venezuelan environmental NGOs, are jointly involved in the development of activities of this project, which is funded by the European Union.
